In December of last year, Forbes magazine rated Henderson as the second safest city in the United States. Henderson is a great place to live and work. All of the areas in which I work were built predominately in the last 10 to 12 years. Shopping and other services are convenient. There is a large shopping complex known as The District and an entire array of grocery, discount, home, and specialty stores. Moreover, although the glitz, glitter, glamor, and excitement of the Las Vegas Strip is a short ten to twenty minute drive away, the areas in which I work are peaceful, quiet, and characterized by solitude and sophistication.
